These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the SellPoint.pk Affiliate Program (“Program”) administered by Sell Point (Private) Limited (“SellPoint.pk”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies we issue from time to time.

1. Definitions
1.1 “App” means the SellPoint.pk mobile application available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
1.2 “Bucket” means a bundle of defined targets/tasks (e.g., “Bucket 250”) that, upon successful verification, may qualify for a fixed cash reward.
1.3 “Valid Action” means an action that complies with this Agreement and passes SellPoint.pk’s technical, manual, and risk checks.
1.4 “KYC” means Know Your Customer verification including identity and eligibility checks.

2. Eligibility & Onboarding
2.1 The Program is open to Pakistani citizens aged 18+ only. Child labor is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Minimum education requirement: Matric (or equivalent).
2.3 The Program is free to join; SellPoint.pk does not charge any onboarding or participation fee.
2.4 No territories are reserved. Any eligible person may register and operate anywhere in Pakistan.
2.5 Downloads, signups, or actions obtained from outside Pakistan (abroad) do not count toward any bucket or reward.
2.6 Required documents during onboarding (clear, color scans/photos):
a) CNIC (front)
b) CNIC (back)
c) A front-facing, passport-style photo of the Affiliate
d) Latest education certificate (minimum Matric)
2.7 Each Affiliate may hold only one (1) Affiliate ID. Duplicate, shared, transferred, or multiple IDs are prohibited and will result in termination and forfeiture of rewards.
2.8 Accurate legal name is mandatory. Any reward will be disbursed only in the same account title/name as registered and verified during onboarding.

3. Relationship of Parties
3.1 The Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture.
3.2 No salary, TA/DA, retainers, advances, or employment benefits are provided or implied. Earnings are purely performance-based under the Program.

4. Program Scope & Affiliate Obligations
4.1 Affiliates may select any available Bucket (e.g., Bucket 250). Each Bucket defines targets such as verified app downloads, successful signups with referral code entry, required business listing(s), and specified social actions (liking official Facebook page, subscribing to the official YouTube channel, and following the official X.com/Twitter profile).
4.2 There is no fixed time limit to complete a Bucket. Rewards (if any) are only payable after successful verification.
4.3 Affiliates shall:
a) Professionally approach businesses/individuals, assist in app download, signup, and entering the Affiliate referral code on the profile page.
b) Ensure that at least one legitimate business listing is created on the App for each applicable business.
c) Maintain professional grooming and respectful conduct; create a positive impression of SellPoint.pk as a Pakistan-owned platform.
d) Use only their own resources/devices/data; SellPoint.pk does not supply equipment or reimburse expenses.
4.4 Affiliates shall not:
a) Charge any money to businesses or end users. The service is free for end users.
b) Misrepresent themselves as SellPoint.pk employees or authorized representatives beyond their role in the Program.
c) Engage in fraud, fake installs, device farms, spoofed signups, emulators, repeated resets, or any artificial manipulation.
d) Resell tasks, subcontract, form teams, or transfer assignments without written consent from SellPoint.pk.
e) Harass, abuse, or coerce customers; or request tips, gifts, or any remuneration.
4.5 Ratings/Reviews and Platform Compliance:
a) Affiliates may encourage satisfied users to rate the App positively; however, all reviews must be genuine and comply with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
b) No forced, deceptive, or incentivized reviews are allowed where prohibited by platform rules. Violations will nullify affected actions and may lead to termination.

5. Verification & Quality Assurance
5.1 All actions (downloads, signups, listings, and social actions) are subject to stringent verification (including device-level checks, IP/geo checks, manual reviews, pattern/fraud analysis, and audit sampling).
5.2 Any bogus, duplicate, unverifiable, or policy-violating action will be rejected and may trigger account review or termination.
5.3 SellPoint.pk may require additional documentation or confirmations from Affiliates or end users for verification purposes.

6. Rewards & Payments
6.1 Each Bucket carries a fixed reward (e.g., PKR 10,000 for Bucket 250). Only Valid Actions count toward Bucket completion.
6.2 Rewards are released only after SellPoint.pk confirms Bucket completion via verification mechanisms. Rejected actions do not count.
6.3 Payments are made only to a verified bank account/Easypaisa/JazzCash account with a title matching the Affiliate’s registered legal name/CNIC.
6.4 SellPoint.pk may withhold, offset, or deny payment for any suspected or confirmed breach, fraud, or policy violation.
6.5 Taxes, if applicable under Pakistani law, are the responsibility of the Affiliate.

7. Prohibited Conduct, Fraud & Misuse
7.1 SellPoint.pk bears no responsibility for any Affiliate’s misconduct, including but not limited to fraud, theft, robbery, misrepresentation, or unauthorized collection of money from any person.
7.2 Any Affiliate found engaging in such conduct will be terminated. SellPoint.pk will provide the Affiliate’s details to Police, FIA, or other competent authorities and cooperate fully with investigations.
7.3 Attempting to claim rewards for actions outside Pakistan, using multiple IDs, or misusing brand assets will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending payments.

8. Branding, IP & Communications
8.1 All SellPoint.pk trademarks, logos, and brand assets are the property of SellPoint.pk. Affiliates may not modify or misuse brand assets.
8.2 Affiliates may describe themselves as “SellPoint.pk Affiliate (Independent)” solely to explain their role under this Program.
8.3 Official communications with SellPoint.pk should be through the designated channels only.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
9.1 By participating, you consent to SellPoint.pk processing your personal data (including CNIC, photo, education certificate, and contact information) for onboarding, KYC, fraud prevention, compliance, payment processing, and Program administration.
9.2 You represent that any third-party data you submit (e.g., business contact details) has been collected lawfully and with proper consent where required.
9.3 SellPoint.pk will handle personal data in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws and its internal policies. You must promptly notify SellPoint.pk of any suspected data breach related to your activities.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
10.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
10.2 Courts at Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to the Program.

11. Term, Suspension & Termination
11.1 SellPoint.pk may suspend or terminate access to the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for suspected fraud, violations, or risk concerns.
11.2 Upon termination, you must cease using brand assets and will forfeit any unverified or disputed rewards.

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellPoint.pk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from or related to the Program.
12.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SellPoint.pk, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your actions, breaches, or misconduct.

13. Compliance & Anti-Corruption
13.1 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan, including but not limited to cybercrime laws, consumer protection laws, and any relevant directives.
13.2 Bribery, kickbacks, or unlawful inducements are strictly prohibited.

14. Amendments & Acceptance
14.1 SellPoint.pk may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
14.2 By clicking “I Agree” on the onboarding portal (https://affiliate.sellpoint.pk/) or by participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
